Dennis Taylor, winner of the famous black ball game at the Crucible in Sheffield 30 years ago, will be the special guest of honour at the North Notts Arena Snooker Academy presentation.
The event will be held at the venue on Eastgate on 4th July with doors opening at 6.30pm.
On the night the 1985 World Champion Taylor will play against some of the juniors from the academy, then two frames will be auctioned off to the watching public.
There will be photo and autograph opportunities, and it is hoped there will be time for a question and answer session with the player-turned-commentator.

The presentation night, sponsored by Dave Bloomer of St Ann’s Sheet Metal, will begin at 7.30pm.
